Data deletion
Last updated: 2026-10-06
You can delete your data from Postcove at any time, in any of these ways.
Disconnect one social account
In Postcove, open Accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. Postcove:
- deletes that account's access tokens straight away
- asks the platform to revoke them
- stops any posts still scheduled to it
Delete your Postcove account
In Postcove, open Settings and choose Delete account. We delete your account, connected accounts, posts, media and settings within 30 days. Encrypted backups roll over within the following 30 days. We keep billing records only as long as tax law requires.
Remove Postcove from the platform's side
You can also remove Postcove's access directly at the platform. We then lose access immediately, and we delete what we hold for that account when we're notified, or when you ask us to.
- Facebook / Instagram: Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, then remove Postcove. Facebook can tell us you did; we then delete the data we hold for that connection within 30 days.
- Threads: remove Postcove in the Instagram or Threads app's account settings.
- Google / YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions.
Waitlist, or if you can't sign in
